There are many factors that effect the price that customers are given. 

 

Firstly, every home is different and there is no such thing as a standard room.  The surface condition, materials needed,

drying & curing times, tidiness, ease of access, and even the location and parking are taken into consideration.

Secondly , even newly built homes or recently renovated rooms will need lots of preparation work.  There are always problem spots or special chemicals needed to deal with underlying issues.  These often go unnoticed by most customers and is something only a trained eye will spot.  It is for this reason we will only quote for work we can physically see and touch.

Lastly, pricing this way ensures that you get a fixed price, with no surprise additional fees for unseen extra work.
